Pricing Information
- All our chains are sold by gram weight. For specific prices on items please contact us at (212)-684-1447.
- Though we make every effort to keep our prices as low as possible, certain factors require us to change prices of items. Some of these factors are; daily silver price in the market, changes in material costs, changes in shipping costs and currency fluctuations.
Payment Information
- We prefer payment through check and wire transfer. If you would like to pay through any other form of payment, we ask that you contact us directly at (212)-684-1447.
Shipping Information
- Orders are shipped via UPS. Please note that shipping charges will be added to your invoice. Any invoice over $2,000 will be shipped with adult signature required. The purpose of the “adult signature required” option is to protect both you and us as orders of high value are more subject to theft. If you have your own UPS account which you would like to use, please give us a call and we would be happy to keep that on file for future orders.
Customer Service
- Customer service is available from 9:45 am to 5:45 pm, Monday through Friday, in Eastern Time (US & Canada).
Sales Policies
- All new customers must download and submit the APA Sales Business Credit Application to open an account.
- New customers lacking trade references will be expected to either pay in full on the day of purchase.
- There is a minimum order of $500.
