Absolutely, yes. APA Sales insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. Because we want to make sure you receive your products, we require that you sign for goods delivered. At that point, you become responsible for the pieces. However, if the pieces are to be delivered to someone other than yourself, then signature by the recipient at the specified delivery address constitutes for delivery and responsibility for the product is transferred at that point.

Please note, any merchandise exceeding 14 days from the date invoiced will not be accepted as a return. 

We will not be able to exchange merchandise from orders that have passed 14 days from its invoiced date. If you would like to order a piece in a different size or a different product altogether, we will process it as a return. Please email us at sales@apasales.com so we can arrange it for you
